There’s already something nostalgic and comforting about homemade Rice Krispie treats… but adding s’mores flavors takes them to a whole new level.
These S’mores Rice Krispie Treats are gooey, chewy, chocolatey, and filled with toasted marshmallow flavor. They’re easy to make, fun for kids and adults alike, and perfect for summer gatherings, movie nights, camping-themed parties, or honestly just because you’re craving something sweet.
And yes — the toasted marshmallows really make the difference!
In the video I made a half batch and shaped in this 8” Brilliance Nonstick Square Pan, but you might want to make the full batch in the 9 x 13 Brilliance Pan or even double for a crowd. They won’t last long!
A Helpful Parchment Paper Trick
Before assembling the treats, line your baking pan with parchment paper.
Try this: Crumple the parchment paper first, then smooth it back out. It fits into the pan so much more easily that way.
Using parchment also makes it easy to lift the treats out for cutting later.
Fun Cutting Idea
Instead of traditional squares, try cutting them into triangles for an extra fun s’mores-inspired look!
Kids especially love that little detail.
